How can I change or edit my order?

Once you have placed your order it has been recorded and processed and no further changes can be made. We request that you review your order thoroughly before completing payment.

Is there a way I can modify my shipping address?

Yes. But, only before your order has been shipped. Please contact our team as soon as possible to make this change. Please contact us at support@missdifit.com.

How long does shipping take?

You can expect to receive your order anywhere between 4-10 days after placing your order.

Is same- day shipping an option?

As of now, same-day shipping is not offered :(.

Who is the courier of my package?

All packages are shipping via USPS.

What if my 7 days have passed since I have received my items, but I need to exchange it for a different size?

We cannot offer you store credit or an exchange after the 7 days have expired. We encourage you to check your package as soon as you receive it. All fitness equipment is FINAL SALE.

How much is shipping?

At this time, each order has a flat rate shipping of $6. This rate is subject to change at ANY time at the owner's discretion.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment program that allows you to split your purchase into four separate payments. Therefore, you are charged 1/4 of the total amount once you purchase. There is zero interest and no fees, unless payment is late!
