My Top Favorite Smoothies

Enjoy these easy-to-make smoothies that you can make right in your kitchen today! You ever want a refreshing snack or a cool pick-me-up, me too! These recipes combine whole fruits, frozen or fresh, with other veggies and an option to add protein powder for my ladies looking to gain muscle mass or simply want a nutritious meal replacement!




Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie

1 tsp of Peanut butter

1 cup Frozen or fresh blueberrries

1 cup Frozen or fresh strawberries

1/2 cup Oats

1 Banana

1/2 cup of Ice

Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

Optional: 1 Scoop of protein powder



Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

3 Dates

1 tsp of Peanut butter

1 Banana

1 Scoop of Vegan chocolate protein powder

1/2 cup of Ice

Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)



Greens "Pick-Me-Up"

1 cup of Spinach

1 tsp of Chia seeds

1 cup of Frozen peaches

1 cup of Frozen pineapple

1/2 cup of Ice

1 Banana

Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)



Creamy Avo-Matcha Smoothie

1-2 Avocados

A dash of matcha powder

1/2 cup of Ice

Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)



The Green Machine

1 cup of Kale

1 cup of Pineapple

1 tsp of Lemon juice

1 tsp of Chia seeds

1 tsp of Flaxseed

1/2 cup of Ice

Almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
