How to Make Your Own Pressed Juice

Pressed juice is the perfect refresher for summertime! I like to drink a glass of my select juice first thing in the morning to detoxify my body or in the afternoon for a cool drink. Juicing is great for digestion, mental clarity, clear skin, getting rid of toxins in the body, and most importantly hydration. See below the various juice recipes and what they're good for.

A quick health tip: in order to remain hydrated, your body needs SALT (yes salt) and WATER. Water follows salt. So juicing is a great way to stay hydrated! Water alone can actually dehydrate the body. Your body needs electrolytes.

Watermelon Juice

  • 1 watermelon

  • lime juice

  • sprinkle of Tajin seasoning

Celery Juice

  • 2 celery stalks

  • lime juice

Cucumber Juice

  • 2 cucumbers

  • lime juice

  • mint

Green Refresher Juice

Detox, Immunity
  • kale

  • 2 lemons

  • ginger

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 4 green apples

  • 2 celery stalks
