Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit only.

You have 5 days from the date that you received your item(s) to be eligible for store credit. Returner must pay for return label.

However, a few items are exempt from being returned and/or exchanged. ALL journals, fitness equipment, and sale items are FINAL sale.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or any proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit per invoice. Once issued a credit, item(s) purchased are now FINAL sale.

If an item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

No changes may be made once an order is placed.
Conditions

Items returned MUST BE unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all tags and original packaging.

We will send you an email when your return package is received. Please note, returns can take up to 10 business days for processing. Once return is processed, you will receive a credit and a confirmation email of the completion status.
