Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit only. 

 

• You have 5 days from the date that you received your item(s) to be eligible for  store credit. Returner must pay for return label.

• However, a few items are exempt from being returned and/or exchanged. ALL journals, fitness equipment, and sale items are FINAL sale. 

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or any proof of purchase. You are only allowed one credit per invoice. Once issued a credit, item(s) purchased are now FINAL sale. 

• If an item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

• You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

• No changes may be made once an order is placed. 

Conditions

• Items returned MUST BE unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all tags and original packaging. 

• We will send you an email when your return package is received. Please note, returns can take up to 10 business days for processing. Once return is processed, you will receive a credit and a confirmation email of the completion status.
