National Blueberry Month!

Blueberries are not only sweet (on a good day), but highly powerful in antioxidants! The best season for blueberries is in the spring/summer. This is the time when I have found them to be the freshest and the sweetest. My favorite fruit bowl combo is blueberries, chopped bananas, and blackberries!
